Main Course:
Lamb with Lemon and Mint Sauce Lamb's Gamey Flavors are said to be a natural pairing for Syrah. The 2010 Tulip Syrah is bold enough to hold up to the game flavors and has ripe fruit and subtle pepper notes to boot.
Roast Duck or Chicken with Orange Cherry Sauce Pair this course with Baron Herzog Zinfandel. This ripe and fruity wine won't taste bitter with all the sweetness in the duck's sauce and will hold up to the rich and bold flavors of the duck.
Tangy Potato Chip Shnitzel Pair this course with Gamla Chardonnay. This Chardonnay from Israel will complement the sweet and tangy flavors in the dish with its own creamy tartness, rather than overpower them.
Ribs Red meat cooked in a rich sauce loves a bold red wine Binyamina Merlot will work great here.
