Vanilla Cupcakes
Difficulty Level: Easy
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 12
One of my favorite things about this recipe is that it doesn’t need a hand mixer- the less cleaning the better!
While the entire recipe only used 2 tablespoons of the vanilla sugar, the vanilla flavor and scent really come through when using high quality natural flavors like those from baktoflavors.com. These cupcakes are sweet, but not in an artificial or overly sugary way.

Ingredients

2.5 cups flour

1.5 cups sugar (regular sugar)

2 tbsp Bakto Golden Vanilla Cane Sugar

1 tbsp (+1 tsp) baking powder

3/4 cup oil

1 cup orange juice

2 eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Sift together the flour, sugars, and baking powder. Add oil, orange juice, and eggs and mix until thoroughly combined.

Line a 12-cup cupcake pan with paper cupcake liners and fill. Bake for 25 minutes.

Remove from pan. Cool on rack. Decorate with frosting or whipped cream and sprinkles.
