Ingredients

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup cocoa
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp vanilla extract

Add-ins:

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup chocolate chips or chocolate chunks

3/4 cup walnut pieces

1 cup chocolate-covered mint patties

1 cup chopped chocolate-covered coconut patties

1/2 cup sour cherries

1 cup chocolate lentils

1 cup pecan pieces

1/2 cup raspberry jam

2 Tbsp chopped crystallized ginger

1 cup caramel chips

3/4 cup rice crispies

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 Tbsp orange zest

1 cup jelly beans

1/2 cup shredded coconut

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Mix all basic ingredients in a large mixing bowl and add whatever you’d like to from the add-ins. Pour batter into a 9x13-inch baking pan and bake for 30–35 minutes, until set.
