Simple Pareve Sorbet
Difficulty Level: Easy
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
2 minute sorbet. Literally throw together the ingredients, take them for a spin in the blender, and you have a perfect any time of day energy booster that is low in fat and oh, so refreshing!

Ingredients

14 oz bag of frozen strawberries


12 oz frozen mango cubes


8 oz soft tofu


3 packets of a low calorie sweetener such as splenda


1 cup orange juice

Directions

Place all ingredients into blender.  Blend until smooth.  Enjoy!
