1 bag green cabbage, shredded
1 mango, diced
1 bunch scallions, chopped
2 tsp black sesame seeds
Dressing:
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp xylitol
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix dressing together and pour over the salad.
