3 heads romaine lettuce
1 can hearts of palm, sliced
1/2 pomegranate, seeded
1 avocado, cubed
1 cup cubed jicama
Dressing:
1/4 purple onion
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
4 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp poppy seeds
Combine dressing ingredients using a food processor fitted with the "s" blade. Prepare salad ingredients and toss with dressing.
