Grilling fruit is one of my favorite desserts to serve during the summer months. Its delicious and refreshing, and so, so simple!
I like to grill pineapple, peaches and apricots. Simply toss some cut up fruit in a little bit of oil and grill over high heat until softened.
- fruit such as pineapple, peach, apricots - for grilling
- rich's whip - 8 oz container
- fruit liqueur - 2 tbsp, like Absolut or Triple Sec... any flavor you choose
- Crispy Crumb Streusel Topping - my very own brand! for topping
Prepare fruit on grill.
Whip the whip and add the liqueur close to the end.
Dollop some cream on top of the warm roasted fruit and top with some of my Crispy Crumb Streusel Topping, available in stores soon!
