This wonderful mixture of spices transports you to India. Serve alongside chicken or fish.
- B'gan Sweet Potato Fries - 1 bag
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- cumin - 1/2 tsp
- cardamom - 1/4 tsp
- ginger - 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg - pinch
1. Preheat oven to 425°.
2. In a large bowl, place the contents of one bag of sweet potato fries. Add oil and toss to coat. Combine all the spices together in a bowl and add to the sweet potato fries, mixing well until the spices evenly coat the fries. Place on greased baking sheet (or lined with parchment paper.)
3. Bake for 14 minutes, mix and turn over the fries and bake for 10 minutes more.
