Cheesecake on a stick? It’s probably 1,000 calories… so not worth it. Think again!
With low-fat vanilla yogurt and fat free Greek yogurt as the base, this is going to be an everyday cheesecake snack! Change up the flavours with fruit-filled Greek yogurts.
- greek yogurt - 12 oz (340 g), plain or flavored
- low-fat vanilla yogurt - 1 cup
- honey - 1 tbsp
- ready-made granola cereal - (I like the one with chocolate… choose your flavour combo)
- lemon zest - 1 tsp
In a blender, mix all the ingredients until well blended. Pour into ice pop molds.
Freeze for 4-6 hours or until solidly frozen.
