I make this salmon almost every Friday night. It so quick and easy and full of flavor.
- salmon - 4 fillets, skin off
- mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
- slivered almonds - 4 tbsp
1. Preheat oven to 360 F (180 C).
2. Spread 1 Tbsp mayonnaise evenly on each salmon fillet. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp slivered almonds.
3. Bake, uncovered, for about 20- 25 minutes, until the almonds are slightly gold- brown.
Can be served warm or cold.
