This is a great recipe for this who do not use potato starch on Pesach. Very Good!
- egg whites - 2
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- ground almonds - 2 cups
- cinnamon - 1 tbsp (if you don't use you can skip)
- grated orange peel - 1 tbsp
Preheat the oven to 325*, grease cookie sheet or parchment paper
Beat egg whites until still
Add sugar- beat, nuts, (cinnamon, orange peel)
Form into balls with wet hands
Place on parchment paper/greased pan
Bake for 15-20 minutes until “just” firm –Don’t make it crunchy!
Suggestion: Remove, roll in confectionery sugar while warm, cool and roll again if you want.
