You would never know they're sugar free and healthy from tasting them!
- margarine - 8 tbsp
- spelt flour - 1 cup
- oats - 1 1/4 cup
- egg - 1
- xylitol - 1/2 cup
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp (sugar free)
- sugar free chocolate - 1/4 cup (2oz), grated (I used Lieber's semi sweet sugar free)
- sugar free chocolate chips - 1/2 cup (I used Gefen)
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together in a mixer. Form small balls and bake for 15 min.
