- dark chocolate - 8 oz
- milk chocolate - 8 oz
- cocoa powder - 1/2 cup
- confectioners' sugar - 1 cup
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- lollipop sticks - 15-20
In a double boiler, melt the milk and dark chocolate together until smooth. Stir in the cocoa, confectioners’ sugar and salt into your melted chocolate. When it is completely mixed, scoop the chocolate into a silicone square baking mold
. Level off the top of the mold, and stick your lollipop sticks into the middle of each square. Freeze.
When the chocolate is frozen, pop them out of the molds, and you are done!

Note: I used an ice cube tray that had a rounded bottom, but I recommend using a square bottom so they will stand up straight.
