- soymilk - 1 1/3 cups, divided
- dry yeast - 2 1/4 tsp
- margarine - 2 tbsp
- sugar - 2/3 cup
- eggs - 2
- flour - 5 cups
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
Place 1/3 cup of the soymilk in a bowl with the yeast. Set aside for 5 minutes.
Add the butter and sugar to the remaining cup of soymilk, then add it to the yeast mixture.
Mix all the ingredients together in an electric mixer. If your dough is very sticky, add flour.
Place into an oiled bowl. Let Rise 1 hr.
Roll out the dough 1/2 inch thick.
Make donut shapes with round cookie cutters or a donut cutter
Let Rise another 45 min.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
