- cherry tomatoes - 2 cups sliced
- hearts of palm - 1 14-oz (400 g) can sliced , drained
- avocado - 1 , peeled and cubed
- dried basil - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
Place tomatoes, hearts of palm, and avocado cubes in a Â salad bowl. mix dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables just before serving. Toss to combine.
Hereâ€™s the neatest way to cube an avocado: Hold the avocado in the palm Â of your hand and slice like a grid, as if the peel isnâ€™t there. slide a large Â spoon under a halved avocado and you have cubes!
