This is a favorite with kids of all ages.
- fresh strawberries - 1 1/2 lb. (frozen can be substituted)
- fresh pineapple chunks - 2 cups
- low fat milk - 1 cup
- vanilla yogurt - 1/2 cup
- vanilla frozen yogurt - 1/2-1 cup
- pina colada syrup - 1 tbsp (optional but delicious!)
Blend strawberries, pineapple, and milk in a blender until smooth. Â Add the yogurts and syurp and serve immediatly.
To make in advance: Â Freeze in individual cups. Â Serve frozen for a delightfully smooth ice cream feel.
