Korean style marinade for boneless chicken thighs.
- chicken thighs - 8 boneless
- soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- toasted sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- sugar - 2 tablespoons
- garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon grated
Combine marinade ingredients. Add chicken and place in ziploc bag in refrigerator for a half hour and up to 4 hours.
Preheat gas grill on high. Turn all the burners down to medium. Spray grill with non-stick cooking spray.
Place marinated chicken thighs on grill. Cook on one side for approximately 4 minutes. (You can move the chicken on a 45 degree angle to create lattice grill marks after 2 minutes). Turn chicken over and grill on second side.
