This is the newest Erev Shabbos Minhag in the Kafra house as it uses some of my Challah dough!
- Challah dough - for 1 large challah
- Maple butter - for smearing (about 3/4 cup)
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- raisins - 1 cup
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Roll dough as thin as possible into a rectangle. Smear with maple butter and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and raisins. Roll up from short side until fully rolled. Cut into 2 inch pieces and place in a greased pan, swirl side up.
3. Brush with beaten egg. Bake for 45 minutes.
