Potatoes are everywhere on Pesach — in the appetizers, main dishes, soups, side dishes, and salads. But we don’t have to limit ourselves to potatoes, especially if we don’t want to gain tons of weight over Pesach (I know it’s inevitable …). Below are three tried-and-true ideas that aren’t time consuming and can be made in advance and frozen. Enjoy them all!
