Pesach is actually here, and baruch Hashem we are mostly finished cooking. The soups, main dishes, and cakes are safely ensconced in the freezer. Most of our hard work is behind us, and we can enjoy our families and relative freedom. During Chol HaMoed, you might be in the mood of trying something new.
