Healthy , Low fat and kids (and adults) gobble them up!
- 1 fat free cottage cheese (16.oz) -
- 1 cup white whole wheat flour -
- 3 eggs( can use 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites) -
- 1/3 cup sugar -
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar -
- 2-3 tablespoons fat free milk -
Mix cottage cheese, ww flour, eggs, both sugars until well combined. Mixture will be a bit dry, Add milk a tablespoon at a time to loosen up batter. Spray a frying pan with non stick spray . Over medium heat drop batter by large tablespoon fulls and fry until nicely browned. Flip and fry the other side.
