This pea soup is so tasty and so easy to make. Tastes better each day.
- 16 oz split peas -
- 4 quarts water rounded -
- tblp of salt -
- 1/2 tsp white pepper -
- 1/4 cup powdered consomme (Osem) -
- 32 oz frozen soup vegetables -
In an 8 quart pot put in split peas, water and salt and pepper. Bring to boil and frozen vegetables and powdered consomme. Cook for 1 hr and 15 minutes semi covered.
