- 1 cup Tofutti sour cream -
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise -
- 3 Tbsp parsley flakes -
- 6 Tbsp chives -
- 1 clove garlic, crushed -
- salt and pepper, to taste -
- 1/3 cup soy milk -
- 1/4 cup beer -
Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
This dressing is great as a dipping sauce for the beer batter broccoli bites or can be used as a salad dressing.
