Easiest never fail hot chocolate cake!! Worth the try!!
- 200 gr. chocolate -
- 160 gr. margarine -
- 4 eggs -
- 160 gr. sugar -
- 80 gr. flour -
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Melt chocolate and margarine over double boiler. Mix eggs and sugar by hand in seperate bowl. Add chocolate to the eggs and mix well. Add the flour and mix.
Pour mixture in muffin holders till the middle and bake for 10 minutes. Depending on the oven it might take a few minutes longer but do NOT overbake. Put on hotplate early enough so it will be soft by time you serve dessert.
Serve with ice cream and fresh fruits.
