One day I was very short on time, yet was determined to feed my family something tasty and nutritious. It was then that this recipe was created. Everyone loved it! The combination of sweet sweet-potatoes and broccoli is delicious. The good thing about this recipe is that the longer it cooks, the creamier and tastier it becomes, so leftovers the next day are very welcome. I assure you you won't face complaints on this one!
