A great refreshing soup to cool you down when you come home from shul. My mother used to serve this after the fish course before the cholent.
- 1 cantaloupe -
- 6 peaches (or equivalent from a can) -
- 2 cans crushed pineapple -
- 1 can frozen orange juice concentrate - defrosted -
Place everything together in blender/food processor and blend until smooth. Garnish with berries or cut up fruit. If you are serving at a simcha u can puree strawberries to make a sauce and make a swirl or web design on top.
