A wonderful aroma fills the home while baking this simple healthy recipe that the whole family enjoys.If you don't have all the nuts and fruit ingredients it's okay! That is why I enjoy baking this recipe it's just so quick and easy.
- 3 1/2 Cups Oats -
- 1 Cup shredded coconut -
- 1/2 Cup sesame seeds -
- 1/2 slivered or sliced almonds (can sub for any nuts) -
- 1 tsp. cinamon -
- 1/2 Cup honey or maple syrup -
- 1/4 Cup oil -
- 1/4 Cup water -
- 1/4 Cup wheat germ -
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds -
- 1/2 Cup chopped dates -
- 1/2 Cup raisins & or chopped dried apricots -
Preheat oven @ 350 F. Mix dry ingredients (except fruits) Add liquids mix in well. Spread flat on a bakinging sheet bake for 10 minutes. Stir well add fruits and bake for an additional 10 -15 minutes.
