When discussing ideas for this photo shoot with Mishpacha
- 4 large potatoes, sliced -
- 1 cup heavy cream -
- 1 onion, chopped -
- salt and pepper, to taste -
- ½ cup combination mozzarella and cheddar cheese -
Slice potatoes and place in an oven-to-table dish or individual ramekins. In a small bowl, combine heavy cream, onion, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over the potatoes. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Add cheese and bake, uncovered, until the cheese is melted and crispy.
