- 4 cups assorted salted nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews) -
- 1 egg white -
- 1 tsp water -
- ½ cup sugar -
- 1 tsp cumin -
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper -
- 1 tsp garlic powder -
- 1 tsp black pepper -
1. Combine egg white and water in a mixing bowl. Add nuts.
2. In another bowl, mix sugar and spices. Add to nuts.
3. Toss all to coat and spread on lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 250°F oven for 30–45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
