Recipes basically don
- 4 salmon fillets (about 2 lbs.) -
- 3 Tbsp (approximately) finely chopped dill -
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced -
- 2-3 Tbsp olive oil -
- Salt to taste -
1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Mix the dill, garlic and olive oil to create a paste. Spread evenly over the fish fillets and sprinkle with salt.
3. Bake for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes when a fork is inserted. Serve hot or at room temperature.
