- ½ cup mayonnaise -
- 2 tbsp. mustard -
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice -
- ¼ tsp. salt -
- 4-5 sprigs of fresh parsley, chopped -
Combine all ingredients, mix well, and refrigerate for a few hours before using, giving time for the flavours to meld.
Note: if making ahead, add parsley before serving.
