- 8 oz. whipped cream cheese -
- ¾ cup sour cream -
- 7 oz. lox (approximately) -
- 3 scallions (green onions) finely chopped (use whole thing) -
Combine the lox, cream cheese and sour cream in a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.
Add chopped scallions and mix.
Garnish with extra sliced green onion and some freshly ground black pepper.
